Thank you for ordering Axavive. Here is how to track your shipment and find your order details quickly. Plus, we share the typical delivery times for US and international orders.

How To Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email After your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. Plus, the email comes from ClickBank, our order processor.
Step 2: Click The Tracking Link Use the link in your shipping email to see live updates. That takes you straight to the carrier's tracking page.
Step 3: Visit ClickBank Order Lookup Go to the ClickBank customer support site to find your order. You will need your order ID or the email used at checkout.

Standard Delivery Times

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Plus, you will get a shipping confirmation as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. That means your tracking number arrives in your inbox right away.

Finding Your Order ID

Your order ID is in the order confirmation email. The subject line usually starts with "Receipt for your purchase from ClickBank." Plus, the ID is a mix of letters and numbers, typically 8 to 10 characters long.

Carrier Information

USA orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier depends on your address and package size. International orders ship through trusted global carriers with full tracking included.

Missing Or Lost Package

If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbors and around your property first. Then contact us if it is still missing. We will help file a claim with the carrier right away.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once a package ships, the address cannot be changed. That is a carrier limit, not our policy.
